Notice regarding Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking and FASTBanking access:

Effective February 7th, 2020 at 6PM ET you will be unable to edit, add new payments or view existing payments on Bill Pay through Online and/or Mobile Banking.  FASTBanking can be accessed until 6 PM ET on Friday, February 14th.  Valley’s Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking and Telephone Banking will be available as of Tuesday February 18th. Please refer to your Frequently Asked Questions booklet that was mailed to you the week of January 13th for important detailed information about your accounts.

Notice regarding paperless personal deposit and loan statements:

To prepare for our systems conversion with Valley National Bank, we encourage you to download your account history in one of our available formats and/or save your statements which include check images for your records prior to February 14, 2020.  After February 18 th , your Oritani statements will not be available online.  However, copies of statements and checks may be requested through your local branch or by calling Customer Care at 800-522-4100 from 6 AM to 11 PM ET, 7 days a week. For calls made from outside of the U.S., call 973-305-8800.

Oritani Bank will be conducting regular system maintenance to our Online Banking (OLB) system on Sunday, January 26, 2020, between 2:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. The OLB system will not be available during this time.  Oritani Bank would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask that you please plan accordingly.
